To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused and in Original Condition – The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
✔ Return Request Within 30 Days – You must initiate a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.
✔ Proof of Purchase Required – A valid order number or receipt is necessary for processing.
✔ Non-Returnable Items – Used cosmetics, opened skincare products, final sale items, and custom-made products are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
2. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:

2️⃣ Receive Return Authorization – Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship Your Return – Securely pack the item and ship it to our return center. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Approval – Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Refund Policy
✔ Approved Refunds – If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✔ Partial Refunds – If the returned item shows signs of use or missing original packaging, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion.
✔ Shipping Costs – Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

4. Exchanges
✔ Exchanges Available – If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost.
✔ Exchange Requests – Contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact GRABTOPIC immediately:
✔ Report the Issue Within 48 Hours – Email contact@grabtopic.xyz with clear photos of the damaged product.
✔ Full Replacement or Refund – We will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
6. Cancellations
✔ Orders Can Be Canceled Within 24 Hours – If your order has not been processed, you can cancel it for a full refund.
✔ Shipped Orders Cannot Be Canceled – If your order has already been dispatched, you must wait until it arrives and then request a return under our policy.
